Offers, Promotions & Coupon Policy

Prakrutik Spalon may offer discounts, coupons, promotional prices, combo offers, free gifts, festive offers, loyalty benefits and other promotional campaigns from time to time.
Each promotion may have specific terms displayed with the offer.
1. Offer Eligibility
Promotional offers are available only during the stated validity period and subject to product availability.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, an offer cannot be combined with another coupon, discount or promotion.
2. Coupon Codes
Where a coupon code is required, the customer must enter the valid code before completing the order.
Coupons cannot normally be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.

3. Free Gifts
Free gifts are subject to availability.
If a promotional offer includes a free gift, the gift may not be separately purchased, exchanged or redeemed for cash unless specifically stated.
If an order is cancelled, returned or otherwise no longer qualifies for the promotional offer, the free gift benefit may be withdrawn.
4. Combo Offers
Products included in a combo or bundle offer may be subject to special return, replacement and cancellation conditions.
Partial cancellation or return of a combo may result in the promotional benefit being recalculated or withdrawn.
5. Minimum Order Value
If a promotion requires a minimum purchase value, the order must meet the stated requirement after applying any applicable discount, unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
6. One Offer Per Order
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes and offers cannot be combined.
7. Misuse of Offers
Prakrutik Spalon reserves the right to cancel or modify an order where we reasonably believe that:
A coupon has been obtained or used fraudulently
A promotional code has been shared or misused contrary to its terms
Multiple accounts are being used to circumvent offer limits
Technical errors have generated an unintended benefit
8. Changes or Withdrawal
Prakrutik Spalon reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw a promotion, subject to applicable law and the specific terms communicated for that promotion.
9. Promotional Terms Prevail
Where a particular promotion has specific terms that differ from this general policy, the specific terms displayed for that promotion will apply.
