Cancellation Policy

At Prakrutik Spalon, we understand that plans can change. We aim to make cancellation simple and transparent while ensuring that orders are processed and dispatched efficiently.
1. Cancellation Window
You may request cancellation of your order within 48 hours (2 days) of placing the order, provided that the order has not already been processed, packed or dispatched.
The cancellation request must be received by Prakrutik Spalon within the applicable 48-hour period.
2. How to Request Cancellation
Please contact our Customer Care team and provide:
Order Number
Customer name
Registered mobile number/email address
Cancellation request
For faster processing, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
A cancellation request is not considered confirmed until it has been acknowledged by Prakrutik Spalon.
3. Orders Already Processed or Dispatched
Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy where applicable.
4. Refund for Approved Cancellation
For an eligible prepaid order cancellation, the applicable refund will generally be processed through the original payment method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking institution.
Any payment gateway, transaction or processing charges actually incurred and legally permissible to deduct, where applicable, may be deducted from the refundable amount.
5. COD Orders
COD orders may be cancelled within the 48-hour cancellation window, provided the order has not entered processing or dispatch.
Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in COD being restricted for future purchases.
6. Customised, Personalised & Bulk Orders
Customised products, personalised products, festive hampers, corporate gifting orders, bulk orders or orders involving special procurement/preparation may have separate cancellation terms.
Once preparation, procurement, customisation or production has commenced, cancellation may not be possible even if the 48-hour period has not expired.
Applicable terms will be communicated for such orders wherever necessary.
7. Promotional Orders
Orders placed under special promotions, coupon offers, free-gift offers, combo offers or other promotional campaigns may be subject to additional cancellation conditions.
If cancellation causes an order to no longer qualify for a promotional benefit, the applicable promotional benefit may be withdrawn or adjusted before processing the refund.
8. Cancellation by Prakrutik Spalon
We may cancel an order in circumstances including:
Product unavailability
Inventory discrepancies
Pricing or technical errors
Payment issues
Incorrect information
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Delivery restrictions
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.
9. Important Note
The 48-hour cancellation period does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed, packed or dispatched.
The earlier you contact us, the greater our ability to stop the order.
